Antenna Systems Engineer

This multinational company are looking to expand their specialist business unit focusing on Active Antenna Systems for cellular communications.

The successful candidate will be part of a team identifying and developing next generation integrated antenna systems used in Phased Array Massive MIMO and MuMIMO systems.

This is an excellent opportunity for an existing Antenna Architect or Antenna Systems Design Engineer to work on cutting edge technologies.

Responsibilities will include

- Definition of Active Antenna Systems
- Leading technical projects
- Create innovative solutions
- Create business cases
- Liaise with suppliers and customers
- Evaluate new technologies

Skills

- Knowledge of RAN, Network Capacity and Network Performance
- RF System Development
- Antenna System Integration
- Antenna Design 1GHz - 40GHz
- Antenna simulation (CST/ HFSS/ Feko)
- Cellular Basestation knowledge - LTE / 5G
- Knowledge of a variety of RF Test Equipment
- Knowledge of MIMO, Phased Array Technologies

- Business English
