Graduate Hardware Engineer

Based in Oxfordshire, this is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Hardware Design Engineer to join an established organisation focused on analogue and digital applications. The main focus of the Graduate Design Hardware Engineer will be taking products through the full life-cycle from the initial concept through to production, thereby gaining experience in the electronic design process.

Some of the responsibilities will include:
* perform innovative high speed digital and analogue design for new products
* design circuits and draw schematics so that accurate circuit information is available to the PCB designers
* contribute to VHDL FPGA firmware development.

The successful candidate will have a relevant degree in Electronics Engineering or similar, along with abilities in the following:
* good understanding of electronics design
* knowledge and experience with FPGA, ASIC or RTL design, VHDL or Verilog programming and hardware verification
* experience with software programming in higher level languages as well as assembler would be a distinct advantage.
