LTE System Test Engineer

The Role

You will join System Validation team in charge of LTE core product testing and validation. Working closely with platform development, software development and integration team, you will be responsible for assessing quality of LTE product. To achieve this you will demonstrate product performance and robustness against internal requirements as well as operators and LTE standard conformance criteria. When needed you will have to replicate issues from the field in the lab, develop relevant test script, assist customer and support certification labs.

The Individual

  • Engineer degree in the area of telecommunication, electronic systems and/or embedded software
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in integration and/or validation,
  • Experience in network protocols and tools (FTP, UDP, PPP, wireshark...)
  • Experience wireless technology is a plus (3GPP 2G/3G/4G CDMA/GSM/GPRS/EDGE/HSPA/UMTS/LTE, WIMAX, WIFI),
  • Experience in embedded software investigation
  • Experience in programming (Python, Linux shell, C/C++, JAVA),
  • Experience in using wireless test systems
  • Knowledge in mobile equipment architecture, RF and signal processing
  • English speaking
