Senior Operations Co-Ordinator
Cambridge
Up to £42k depending on experience

I have an urgent requirement for a Senior Operations Co-Ordinator for my rapidly expanding client based in Cambridge.

You will provide support to the Development Organisation by helping to organise, coordinate and report using the tools, processes and information associated with the Product development function. The main objective of DevOps is the combined responsibility for Software engineering, Quality Assurance and Operations.

Principal responsibilities:
*Maintain Standardized dashboard and metrics .
*Coordinate and design business systems
*Capture and standardize improvement initiatives
*Support and implement change
*Actively maintain and communicate information related to own area of responsibility. Support associated meeting by making invites, facilitate execution and communication of minutes, decision and action points.
*Travel to the other Client locations may be required from time to time.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required
*A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a professional software product development environment
*Experience of agile software development methodologies
*Possess good communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
*SAFe Certification or willingness to take the certification

Personal Characteristics Required
*Must demonstrate excellent communications skills.
*Must be able to gather, analyse complex and archive data gathered from multiple contributing teams.
*Must be a good facilitator and organiser
*Creative, passionate and able to think out of the box
*The aptitude, focus and determination to manage project deliverables and demonstrate timely results
*Must demonstrate the tenacity and creativity to overcome impediment to the team's progress
*Willing to travel on an occasional basis

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Preferred
*Experience with Microsoft Project or other established planning tools
*A professional qualification in project management
*Experience of the development of software applications, including Certified Scrum Master or similar.
*Experience of working with third party suppliers
*Experience of administering and/or using Sharepoint and Wiki
*Experience of administering and/or using Team Foundation Server, JIRA or equivalent
*Experience of administering and/or using MS Project Server
