Data Entry Assistant

We are looking for a Data Entry Assistant to assist our admin team in maintaining the company database with timely and accurate entry of new and updated information.

The majority of the role will involve the following duties:
* Assisting with CV registration by entering and formatting new CVs on the database
* Entering and updating client information
* Assist with client contracts - revising terms as required and ensuring signed documents are logged and filed promptly
* Answer and direct telephone calls
* Respond to email enquiries
* Any other administrative duties as reasonably directed from time to time.

The successful candidate should;
* Have good admin skills, fast typing skills and an excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and PDF formatting
* Be a team player and have the ability to prioritise tasks, multitask and work in a fast paced environment
* Be methodical and thorough
* Have excellent attention to detail and a great communicator
* Be local to the Reading area and you MUST BE A CAR DRIVER as there is no public transport.
