My client, a leading bespoke software company based in the Midlands, is seeking a pro-active individual to join them in a Business Development Manager capacity. This role will involve international travel.

*Demonstrable success in developing new business within the software (SaaS) market.
*Proven sales experience and ability to manage the complete sales cycle.
*Strong interpersonal skills and ability to operate at a decision-maker level.

*Identify and qualify new business opportunities from inbound leads, sourcing leads, prospecting, etc.
*Respond to new leads quickly and professionally in order to build a quality flow of opportunities.
*Product accurate forecasts and sales reports.
*Be able to communicate the technical and financial benefits of the SaaS product.

Open to an ambitious "hunter" profile who is keen to work at the forefront of the software market through sourcing and chasing leads and being pro-active! This is an opportunity to grow with a dynamic business that has had nearly 50% growth year on year and are continuing to expand!
