This exciting opportunity for an Engineering Manager is available within a leading fabless semiconductor IP company.
Having a management focus, this role will involve little technical hands-on work, but will require your past experience in this area, to lead a team of talented engineers in this area. You will be responsible for the execution of design projects, the allocation and coordination of workloads, and the development of staff within this area.
The ideal candidate will have :
*Complete understanding of the Digital IC Design process from specification through Implementation to Verification Closure.
*Hands-on experience in SOC design, verification or implementation to senior engineering/team leadership level
*Skills in line and/or technical project management
*Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach are essential for this role, as you will be working within a small specialised team; communicating regularly with other departments.
