IC Resources are currently working with a client based in the Bristol area who are looking for experienced verification engineers for an initial 3-6 month initial contract starting ASAP.

Our client are looking ideally for any past experience in CPU verification is not essential. Engineers with no previous experience in CPU verification would need to have some background of complex designs and the challenges they entail. Experience in the UVM methodology is not essential but preferred however they would need experience. Additional experience in C, C++, assembler and/or scripting languages, Perl or Python would be ideal as the client are open to fitting engineers in to the team where they fit the best. The role would be maintaining an existing test bench, writing new test cases and maintaining the existing ones. Candidates would also be responsible for looking after/checking the IP deliverables from the clients suppliers.
