Do you have experience as a Software Project Manager? Want to work in a leading-edge company and play your part in shaping the extraordinary? ARM France is recruiting a dynamic Project Manager capable of managing multiple projects at once.

This role will report to the Director of Operations, working closely with engineering teams and key stakeholders to deliver measurable benefit. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of projects from conception through to completion, focusing on quality, on-spec, and timely delivery.

This individual should have a proven track record of project management across all aspects of the engineering development lifecycles. Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, tracking/monitoring, resource allocation, issue/risk management, driving the teams and executing the projects against committed milestones, as well as management of project stakeholders and dependencies and communication to internal stakeholders.

This role requires a minimal level of travel to work across ARM and with our Partners.

Education & Qualifications
A university degree (or equivalent) in either Engineering or Computer Science is desired, although other degrees would be considered if there is relevant experience.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven ability to lead, monitor and motivate engineering teams.

  • Experience of driving project management in a rapidly changing development environment

  • Demonstrated ability in building plans from a high level to a detailed schedule

  • Experience liaising with customers, partners and remote development teams

  • Clear understanding of, and ability to apply the concepts of risk management

  • Able to manage stakeholders through personal leadership and clear project goals

  • Ability to communicate/understand highly skilled engineering teams, communicate with confidence hardware and software concepts.

  • Engineering background.

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Formal project management qualification (e.g. PMP)

  • Familiar with project tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira etc.

  • Comfortable with configuration methods, versioning and documentation tools

  • Understanding of a range of hardware and software development lifecycle methods (e.g., waterfall, iterative, agile)

  • First class communications skills, both written and verbal, in English.

  • Self-motivated, looking to accept new challenges

  • Professional attitude, with strong attention to detail
  • Pro-active and pragmatic with regards to problem solving
