Graduate Embedded Software Engineer

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior embedded software engineer (C / C++) to join a successful and growing company specialising in the design and development of high specification IP cores, subsystems and products utilising high performance FPGA and digital signal processors within video processing and communications applications.

The chosen embedded developer will join their core development team working on the embedded software development of their real-time video processing subsystems for high performance vision and video applications.

You will take responsibility for embedded software development of interface and API code for communication devices and protocols such as RS232, CAN, RTP, UDP, TCP/IP, Sockets etc. system and monitoring control code and video processing embedded application software. You can also expect to gain and/or use skills in Web GUI's, video processing and calibration algorithms.

Candidates with a degreed and the following skills are invited to apply:
-Software programming skills in C, C++
- Embedded Linux
-Development for ARM / RISC microprocessors

Bonus points will be awarded for
-XML, UML, HTML, Matlab, tcl, OpenCV, OpenCL, Boost, QT / WT
