Software Application Engineers are highly sought by a leading IoT technology company based in France. Working in a small and highly skilled team, you will gain experience working on the latest cutting edge technology in the low power wide area networks domain. You will be responsible for supporting all wireless solutions and products through from concept to production alongside designing, developing and testing embedded software.

Successful applicants must have a a Bachelors/Masters degree in Electrical and/or Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or similar subject area; alongside the following development experience:

* 5+ years relevant experience in embedded software design and implementation in C/C++
* Experience on ARM, NXP, Freescale or Renesas MCU's.
* Knowledge of wireless connectivity protocols and stacks; RF, Wi-Fi, 802.15.4, LoRa, Sigfox, WMBUS, Bluetooth LE, Zigbee.
* Experience working in a customer focused role.

There will also be up to 25% travel within Europe. Due to this requirement we are only able to accept applications from people who have unrestricted working rights in the EU.
