This is a chance to join one of the best engineering firms you can work for. Our client is searching for a German-speaking Digital ASIC Design Engineer to join their Stuttgart design centre. This company is undoubtedly one of the world's top technology firms, offering a multitude of career opportunities in integrated circuit design.

In this role the Digital ASIC Design Engineer will join a team of experienced IC Designers developing systems, components and control units for the automotive market. The successful Digital Design Engineer will take responsibility for the implementation of digital architectures and circuits for automotive Driver Assistance systems, and see designs through RTL coding and verification, playing a key role in the definition of tasks and calculation of deadlines.

*A University degree (Master / Diploma) in Electrical Engineering or related field
*German and English language skills
*An excellent knowledge of digital ASIC design and verification, with expertise in RTL coding (VHDL / Verilog / SystemVerilog
*Several years' industrial experience in digital ASIC design engineering
*Knowledge of system design with Matlab / Simulink and synthesis desirable
*Ability to carry out project work independently
*An excellent team work ethic
