Digital IC Design Engineer - ASIC, Stuttgart

Are you a Digital Design Engineer looking to move into the development of complex digital circuits from specification to module release?

My client is a global leader in state of the art sensors for the automotive market. The team based south of Stuttgart, develops and manufactures semiconductors, micro-hybrid, micro-mechanical sensors and control equipment and focuses on sensors for consumer applications. This includes anything from PDAs to gaming to mobile phones. They are currently looking for team players to build their ASIC team.

With experience in modelling modules using Matlab and System C, the successful applicant will be responsible for design, verification and embedding of models within the system simulation environment to the virtual prototype. You will also be building a flexible tool environment for virtual prototyping of complex digital circuits in close co-operation with hardware and software teams.

Required skills include:

*Strong experience in digital ASIC design, with knowledge of the entire Digital ASIC design flow (VHDL implementation and verification)
*Experience of Matlab and SystemC system description languages
*Fluent in English (German is desirable)
