Quality Manager

I am currently looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join a new business unit based in Cambridge. As a Quality Manager you will participate in the activity planning and decision making for the facility and offer a good understanding of quality tools, control procedures and quality standards.

The quality manager is expected to be part of a team identifying the solution and will require the successful candidate to be flexible, pragmatic and have proven people management skills.

The successful Quality Manager will guide the division to a long term quality assurance vision and will require the following skills and experience

Qualified to a degree level
Experience in the manufacturing of electronic assemblies
A proven track record as a Quality manager of an ISO9001 accredited manufacturing company.
Experience in implementing and completing internal audits.
The ability to train and coach new / existing employees.
Leadership and people management experience.
Experience with SPC and 8D are desirable but not essential.
