Software Team Leader - C#
Location: Surrey

A truly exceptional opportunity has arisen for a talented and experienced C# Software Team Leader to join an exciting UK technology company, to develop innovative solutions and services using the .NET framework for applications in the motorsport industry.
You will be working for an amazing technology company, alongside renowned Domain Experts, Data Scientists and Software Engineers, leading a team of exceptional C# Developers working on projects for some very high profile applications
You will be leading a very high calibre software team of up to 25 developers and will be contributing to the implementation and delivery of sophisticated software being deployed in some of the most challenging and competitive markets.

Experienced team leadership skills plus a good degree are minimum requirements for this position. Over and above that candidates will have:

*Experience of working on multiple software projects
*Strong C# development skills on the Microsoft .NET platform throughout the full software lifecycle
*Knowledge of software engineering principles, including OO development, concurrency and design patterns
*Web services
*Persistence frameworks and databases
*Deployment, continuous integration and package management
