Sales Manager ( IoT / Smart Metering)

A growing start-up is looking to hire a Sales Manager in Germany with proven sales experience in either IoT (Internet of Things) and /or Smart Metering marketplace

You will be the first hire in Germany and as such you should be able to work independently and be extremely self-motivated to succeed. You should have a "hunter" mentality to finding and winning new business with a proven track record of success. You should have a good technical awareness, but more importantly already be involved in the IoT, Smart Metering or Smart City ecosystem.

Candidates interested in this role should be
- Degree qualified
- Solid understand of one of more the following ecosystems- IoT, Smart Cities or Smart metering
- Proven track record in winning new business
- Ability to generate own leads and manage the sales cycle from inception to closure
- Fluent in German and English
- Able to operate independently from a home office

This is a rare opportunity to be the first hire in Central Europe and hence spearhead my client's growth across the region
