Project Engineer, ASIC Assembly, Consultant, Belgium

IC Resources are currently working with a leading independent semiconductor research centres in the world. Our client based in Belgium are currently looking for a Project Lead for their ASIC Assembly team. The role would involve you being the technical link between their international customers and their assembly partners. You will take up responsibility for the full project management including planning, package selection and package development of the customers IC's. Good knowledge of signal integrity simulations (ANSYS) would be beneficial.

The role would start as an initial 3 month contract based on-site in Leuven, although you would be liaising with international customers there would be very limited travel requirements. Ideally you will be available to start in September and should be able to commit to working in Belgium until Christmas at least. You must be eligible to work in the EU for the role.
