An ambitious Recruitment Lead or Sales Manager required for growing technology recruiter in Munich, Germany.

WHAT IS THE ROLE?

The IC Resources office in Munich is looking for an experienced Sales Manager/ Recruitment Lead to help develop business presence in the DACH region. You will be responsible for recruiting within our existing network of clients as well as growing your network with new business, ultimately building and managing a team of consultants. This is a very strategic role and would suit someone looking to craft a career within IC Resources.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Building and maintaining relationships with key decision makers.
- Gaining an in-depth understanding of our clients' companies and cultures.
- Growing the business and developing our presence in the technology community.
- Establishing a team of recruitment consultants in the Munich office.
- Monitoring recruitment statistics and seeking to improve KPIs.
- Undertaking recruitment searches on behalf of the client for specific roles.

YOUR ESSENTIAL SKILLS

- Extensive sales or recruitment experience.
- Client/stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership and management ability.
- Ability to influence, negotiate and persuade effectively at all levels.
- Written and verbal communication must be to a high standard.
- Solid time management, planning and organisational skills.
- Able to use initiative when working both independently and in a team
- Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
