This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Digital Design Engineer to join an established and expanding electronics company based near Southampton.

The company is a small, highly specialist (and highly regarded) electronic and systems engineering firm with a broad portfolio of long-term clients. They are set to double in size over the coming year, and are offering multiple opportunities for FPGA Design Engineers to join them. They are happy to consider candidates either from an ASIC or FPGA background.

As a Digital Design Engineer you will work across every stage of the FPGA design cycle for a broad range of client projects, and have the opportunity to get involved in system architecture design and software development. Using the latest tools and methodologies you will work on an exciting and varied range of projects / technologies, from video, aerospace, to automotive and science and research.

Required:
*A strong degree (1st/2:1) in Electronic Engineering or related field
*A number of years' experience in FPGA or ASIC Design
*VHDL coding expertise
*Knowledge of hardware as well as software development concepts
*Experience of Xilinx ISE / Altera Quartus would beneficial, but not essential
