My client is an innovative start-up in the broadcast market, who offer software that enhances the quality of high definition (UHD/4K) signal feeds, whilst compressing files and reducing storage/ power/ performance issues. They're currently looking for a Product Manager who can own the lifecycle of new products, from concept and definition, through to delivery. This is a very commercial role, with a focus on 'profit and loss'/ market analysis/ new product launches/ 'go to market' strategy, but this person will also need to be highly technical to bring customers together with sales, marketing, R&D and engineering teams.

Therefore the successful candidate will need:

- 10+ years of experience in the broadcast market
- A technical product background, ideally in video or broadcast equipment
- A strategic approach to sales and marketing
- An innovative mind, that can spot gaps in the market and identify new opportunities for business
- The ability to travel to customer site
- The willingness to work from an office in West London, to collaborate with the team

This is very much a 'front line' technical position, which offers the company a gateway to confidently bring new products to market. Their growth since inception is testament to their product quality and ability to address a niche area, and this hire is intended to continue the trend.

Apply now if you're an experienced Product Manager/ Technical Sales Manager/ Product Marketing Manager, with the ability to straddle both demanding technical and commercial responsibilities in the broadcast equipment/ video/ software market.
