An urgent requirement has arisen for an Inventory & Purchasing Manager - Berkshire to join a Leading Specialist Electronic Component and Solutions Distributor.
This Inventory & Purchasing Manager - Berkshire will provide first class support to all of the divisional offices & their customers whilst ensuring they manage, maintain & develop supplier relation. They will maintain, build and develop individuals within Inventory Control, their processes & KPI efficiencies. They will build a close working relationship with the Central German Hub, along with both Central Warehouses and have direct responsibility for six Berkshire based Inventory Controllers and one Compliance Coordinator.
The Inventory & Purchasing Manager - Berkshire will have a proven background in managing inventory within a niche distribution and have experience of managing and developing teams. They will also have experience in purchasing and have a high level of competency with Excel. They will have knowledge in projects such as "inventory turn targets", "consolidations", "new legislation impacting compliance" etc.
Preferably this Inventory & Purchasing Manager - Berkshire will be CIPS qualified with knowledge in ERP.
