LED Field Applications Engineer (Shenzhen)

My Client, a Multinational company is looking for a FAE in its Shenzhen Office. Main responsibilities included:

*Participate in LED Lighting driver circuit designs in order to maximize efficiency and reliability.
*Provide supports for customers in high voltage LED driver design including paper / theoretical designs.
*Work closely with other Engineering LED Lighting team worldwide to support customer projects.
*Provide direct technical support to Key LED Lighting customers .


Requirements:

The qualified candidates should have a bachelor or master degree in EE with at least three years of switch mode power supply (SMPS) design experience. Solid knowledge in production and process flow for pilot and proto build and strong Knowledge in LED Lighting (mainly drivers and its various topologies) and AC-DC switch mode power supply are essential. Be able to meet the LED driver standards (eg. THD, PF, Surge) and implementation are a must. Deep understanding of designing magnetic components including transformers, Common Mode chokes or Inductors is a plus. Fluent in Mandarin is fundamental, Fluent in Cantonese is highly desired. Also moderately fluent English is required.
