Principal Analog IC Design Engineer - Cork Ireland

Working within a highly experienced team of design engineers you will be working on Analog IC Design for power management circuits and will be involved in high precision, low-power Analog designs with a focus on reliability performance for circuits used in power conversion environments.
Key responsibilities include:
*Participation in the architecture and modeling of mixed-signal design sub-systems.
*Active participation in product and technology roadmap planning and implementation.
*Design partitioning, device floorplanning.
*Development and maintenance of device test-benches and automation flow.
*Verification of product requirements throughout the design lifecycle.
*Verification of design circuits at block-level, system-level and chip-level.
*Structured tracking of design issues/bugs.
*Top level verification prior to device tapeouts.
*Maintenance of engineering documents.
*Support for test-engineering, participation in ATE data reviews and assistance with silicon debug / program maintenance.
The successful Analog IC Design engineer will have established experience (circa 8-10years) in Analog IC Design ideally with experience in the area of power conversion or power management. Knowledge of Verilog-AMS or SystemVerilog or MATLAB is a must.
Excellent communications skills are required along with the ability to work well in a team.
