A well-established company is looking for a Sales Manager to drive Components sales and manage Capital Equipment clients. The role is based in Switzerland and my client is looking for a "Hunter" type of person with strong technical skills.

- Generate strong pipeline and develop client relationships to drive sales forward
- Co-ordinate and support Business Development and Marketing activities in order to find new customers and opportunities
- Work strategically with key clients to contribute to the overall success of the company
- Develop sales and business development strategies for future growth

- Strong successful sales track record
- Proven sales experience from within Capital Equipment/ Vacuum components/ Research sector
- Experience selling Micro - Optical Components would be extremely advantageous
- Fluent English, German or French will be beneficial
- Degree in electronics, engineering or similar
- Willing to travel extensively
