Our international client now requires a number is Process Engineers to work in a new plant in China. The role will involve developing, designing and qualifying new products, technologies, materials and processes. The role will involve feasibility studies and proof of new concepts as well as continuous improvement of various processes including:
- Copper
- Photolithography
- ABF /Material
- Solder resist
- Backend
- Test
- Metrology
Required skills include;
-Excellent semiconductor process experience
-Experience with substrate technology, PCB, assembly or packaging desirable
-Ability to relocate to China for a 3 year period
-Excellent communication and managerial skills
-Degree qualified in Electronic Engineering / Physics or equivalent
