Role; Electronics Manufacturing Hardware Engineer
Location: Oxford
Salary: 30k Negotiable
An Opportunity to work within a company at the forefront of their industry.
You will have an Electronics background and be experienced in full product cycle. whilst having experience working with in a ISO accredited environment.Working with in the Manufacturing and R+D teams you will be responsible for your own day. You will be tasked with the re-designing and cost evaluation of products that will be mass produced.You will also be tasked with ensuring products are introduced, assembled and tested in a controlled manner.
Experience needed.
*Degree/HND level qualification or equivalent in an electronic subject
*ISO 9001 aware
*Six sigma green belt (desirable)
*Experience of manufacturing in a technology based environment
*At least 5 years experience in a ISO controlled manufacturing environment
*Experience of MRP systems and generating and controlling BOM's.
*Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook.
*Working knowledge of MRP systems
*Electronics background
*Understanding of lean Practices - e.g 5S, Kanban
