Excellent opportunity for an NVM Memory Architect to join leading semiconductor operation based in Paris, France to lead the development of their non-volatile memory offering, supporting their business opportunities, business strategy and roadmap definition.

Your role will include :-
Interface with Memory vendors (Flash/CBRAM/OTP)
Provision of technical support to clients
Define of CBRAM & Flash memory architecture modifications upon customer needs
Plan, execute, and report the results of the Memory portfolio qualification and performance measurement tests
Implement and document new qualification test procedures
Assist in troubleshooting issues associated with new products ramp-up

You will be/have
Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Minimum of 10 years of industry experience, preferably working for a flash memory vendor in a product engineering or an application engineering role
In-depth understanding of Nor Flash, EEPROM & OTP memory architecture
Good knowledge of Memory qualification tests
Relevant experience on the following EDA tools :
