A world leading security technology organisation is expanding in to new areas. They require an experienced Hardware Design Engineer to join there medium sized design and development team. With over half a million employees worldwide, this area of the company is highly profitable because of their innovative ideas.

The Role…

The successful Hardware Design Engineer will report directly to the Embedded Systems Manager. The role is a full lifecycle development role delivering project based work to specific timelines. Overall, they're looking for an engineer who can come in and update their current product portfolio with new and innovative technologies.


You'll be responsible for the design, implementation and testing of high end electronic circuits for manufacturing. You'll be required to follow and adhere to project schedules as well as ensure all hardware is within budget and meets defined standards.

Technical Skills:

*Digital Electronics Design
*High End Microcontroller Design - ARM, Intel & MIPS
*FPGA/CPLD design using VHDL
*Schematic Capture/PCB Design & Layout
*EMC Design, Test & Compliance
