My client is an established electronics company looking for an Office Assistant to work in their Munich office, Germany. The main purpose of the role is to provide back office support and to perform secretarial duties to Managers. Must be capable of functioning in fast paced demanding working environment.
Key duties:
*Collecting and preparing data as required
*Supporting HR department
*Manage correspondence and arrange appointments
*Arrange travel through agents
*Office support management
Skills required:
*Excellent skills in EXCEL and POWERPOINT
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Ability to work under pressure
*Previous experience working as a Secretary or Management Assistant
*Fluent English and German
