UK Electronics Head - Power, Software, Mechanics - Glos / Wilts
Do you have a passion for electronics, with a breadth of technical, commercial, person and program management skills, and interest in leading a highly talented engineering team, within a very innovative product development company within the consumer / industrial sector ?
This is an opportunity to join the management team, assuming responsibility for a large (circa 40) engineering team, skilled in hardware (power electronics, supplies, motors, drives, high-speed digital and sophisticated sensors), plus software and mechanical engineering. Expertise in all areas in not required, but you're broad engineering background will be required, to ensure the right products are developed, and are manufacturable to the right cost in a timely manner.
To be successful, you must have a passion for electronic product design, be technically credible, have high energy levels and enthusiasm, and previous experience in a engineering management capacity with excellent technical credibility.
