Senior Embedded Software Test Engineer - Test Script Development, Wireless, Automated, Perl
A fantastic opportunity has arisen at our exceptional and leading client in the Cambridgeshire area. They are seeking an experienced and highly skilled embedded software test engineer with a good technical background in (IEEE 802.11) to join their team to develop and test new on-chip embedded software.
Candidates will possess a good degree (i.e. 1st or 2:1) in software or engineering and the following skills:
- experience of wireless communication protocols such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, UWB or Wireless LAN
- excellent understanding of embedded software test methodologies
- Automated Testing
- knowledge within embedded software test debugging techniques
- Unix/Linux
- Perl/Python
- specialised skills of at least one scripting programming language.
