Our client is a start up company developing wireless technology and currently seeks a Senior Analog/RF IC Design Engineer for their design centre based in Berlin, Germany.

In this role you will be responsible for the design of Analog/RF Circuits in CMOS and will also be involved in; layout, verification, parasitic extraction, integration and documentation.

You will be contributing to the design specifications and implementing the designs within agreed timescales, mentoring more junior engineers and presenting to customers.

Industry degree qualified, the successful Analog/RF IC Design Engineer will have a minimum of 3 years experience in design and layout of CMOS RF circuits (in 130 nm or smaller geometries) within a Cadence design environment. Experience in ADCs, DACs or power management would be ideal.

Strong communication skills in English are required along with German or a willingness to learn German. For the right person there is an opportunity to grow into a project management and/or a system architecture role.
