Austrian based Semiconductor company seeks Analog IC Design Engineer with High Voltage experience and key skills in High Voltage (HV) 50v, CMOS, power management, Spectre, VerilogA, Ocean, lab and test, layout.

Our client, a successful established semiconductor manufacturer is currently looking for an Analog IC Design Engineer with specific High Voltage (HV) experience.

In this role you will be responsible for the design and layout within High Voltage CMOS processes (circa 50v). You will be tasked with taking part in design reviews, supervising layout, overseeing lab measurements, model simulation of sub-blocks and the generation of VerilogA-models of blocks designed.

Industry degree qualified (or equivalent), the Analog IC Design engineer will have experience and a solid grounding in Analog IC Design preferably already in High Voltage. Knowledge in Spectre, VerilogA and Ocean is ideal as well as and understanding of lab and test constraints. Experience with power management blocks, i.e. DC-DC convertors, linear regulators is ideal.
