Our client is an impressive and very-well funded start-up developing revolutionary power and energy management IC solutions.

Our expanding Semiconductor client is seeking aPrincipal Digital ASIC Design Engineer to join them on the eastern Irish coast.

As a key member of the design team, your role will be a challenging and wide-ranging one, working on all aspects of the specification, design, verification and implementation process of our client's exciting SoC products.

The successful candidate will have:
*extensive digital circuit design experience in ASIC/SOC environments
*detailed knowledge in most/all aspects of digital ASIC architecture and design; from specification, to RTL coding, verification, synthesis, through to backend implementation (place & route and timing sign off)
*Experience and knowledge of power conversion
*Digital Signal Processor (DSP) and/or computational hardware design experience would be a plus
*a background working in a wide-ranging roles and flexible small team environments
*excellent communication skills.
