Our client, a world leader in semiconductor technology currently seeks an Senior CAD Engineer for their site in Southern UK.
In this role you will be working as part of and supporting a highly dedicated and experienced team of Analog/Mixed Signal IC Design Engineers working on cutting edge submicron CMOS process technologies.
You will be tasked with supporting the design team with tool and flow development and interfacing with EDA vendors in selecting and evaluating tools.
Industry degree qualified (or equivalent) the successful Senior CAD Engineer will have experience in a similar role and with the following; Analog IC EDA software, including Cadence/Synopsys/Mentor, programming experience (i.e. SKILL). A strong working knowledge in Analog & Mixed Signal design methodology along with excellent problem solving and communication skills.
