Working as a Real Time Embedded Software Engineer on Embedded Linux based projects utilising your string C++ knowledge is the core requirement for this leading technology business on Cambridge Science Park.
A genuine world leader in their domain, this organisation are a well established company with sites in three countries includind the USA. This role sits within a design team of approximately 15 engineers and represents a key position focussed on the design of network applications for a key product range.
Embedded Software Engineer (C++ / Linux) - Required Profile:
- Embedded C++ skills
- Embedded Linux knowledge
- Full lifecycle design and development on Embedded Linux projects
- Knowledge of networking technologies is an advantage, though not essential, especially SNMP or similar
- Ability to work as an Embedded Software engineer exercising autonomy on some design issues
You'll be developing new applications as well as restructuring and maintaining existing products. This organisation has excellent Laboratory facilities and engineers are encouraged to work in the Lab as well as in their modern open plan offices in the heart of Cambridge Science park.
