Senior ASIC Verification Engineer - Oxfordshire
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and talented Senior Verification Engineer to join a small, specialist team within a prominent and growing computer hardware company based in Oxfordshire, UK.
Our client is developing leading-edge storage technology for the digital media world; specifically they are working on world-leading SSD Technologies in a market which has grown massively over the last few years, allowing my client to expand, with extremely bright prospects for the coming year.
This is a unique opportunity for a bright, motivated ASIC Verification Engineer to further their career within an exciting and fast-paced industry. Your responsibilities will include creating UVM Verification Plans, Testbenches and Testcases, using the most advanced verification flows to produce 'right first time' IP. In addition there is the opportunity to contribute to the design and synthesis aspects of the process, with the possibility to evolve into a technical leadership or project management position in the future.
The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years proven design and verification experience in a timescale driven environment and be highly motivated and results orientated. Knowledge of System Verilog, OVM/UVM, VHDL and Verilog is essential, as well as an understanding of constrained random techniques.
Energy and organisational skills are highly important attributes, as well as the eagerness to take on a technical challenge and develop your leadership skills. This person will must have great communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage actively with the team and across all business groups.
Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK to be considered.
