B2B Support Engineer
£Excellent + benefits

Your experience of B2B technical support or similar, good knowledge of statistical and technical analysis and can-do attitude will shine as you provide tier 3 support to our B2B services network for a range of products and technologies. You’ll also investigate technical issues, define solutions, compile technical bulletins and much more. Ideally qualified to HNC/HND level, you have strong attention to detail, are confident in customer facing meetings and know how to manage technical escalated issues.
