Summary

My client is a leading provider of analog and mixed signal IC products. Due to organic growth, they are looking for someone to join their Testing team. They urgently require someone to be involved in test development for microsystems and mixed signal products on standard automated test systems. This includes definition of test strategies and test specifications in close collaboration with product development teams. This position will also be involved with reduction of manufacturing cost and increase of throughput by implementing yield improvement and test time reduction projects.

Essential Requirements

• Experience in design Test Specification for Semiconductor products
• Experience in automated test systems especially Teradyne systems like J750, Flex or UltraFlex
• Automotive or RF based testing experience would be an advantage but not essential
