I am working with a leading global supplier of integrated solutions for the manufacture of semiconductors. They currently have a contract requirement for a Contract Electrical Draughtsperson. You will work as part of a multi-disciplined team developing PLC-based control systems for exhaust gas management products.

Key activities of the Contract Electrical Draughtsperson will include:
*Creating and modifying electrical schematics
*Producing mechanical assembly drawings for panels and looms
*Preparation of bills of materials, wiring schedules and cutting lists

You will have the ability to work with colleagues and customers at all levels and communicate effectively in spoken and written English.

You will have a formal qualification in electrical engineering or a related discipline and have at least three years experience working in a similar environment. This experience will preferably have been gained in either the semiconductor equipment or process industries.

You will be proficient in the use of AutoCAD for the drafting of electrical schematics. Experience specifically of AutoCAD Electrical would be an advantage. A key aspect of the role is the creation of documentation to support the manufacturing process, so you will also be proficient in MS Word and Excel.
