Job title: IC Field Applications Engineer (FAE)
Location: Italy, Milan
Salary: €40,000 - €60,000 plus commission DOE

Our client are a leading Semiconductor provider of Analog and Mixed Signal Technology and, due to increased customer demand, are looking to expand their Applications Support team in Italy. You will be responsible for supporting Italian customers and proposing suitable technical solutions using our clients IC product range. This role will also offer the opportunity to work closely with Distribution channels, offering training to their Sales team and technical support staff. Offering the opportunity to across the business, you will be working closely with their Marketing and Sales teams to grow market penetration.

Essential requirements

•Solid analog/mixed signal competence, with previous Hardware design experience being a bonus
•Previous experience FAE role, at a Distributor or for an IC OEM, would be ideal but this would also be a good opportunity for a designer who is looking to move into a more customer facing role.
•Good oral/written English (mandatory)
•Engineering Degree or equivalent
•Ability to travel across Northern Italy to visit customers
