They had phenomenal success in 2011 with their new range of Window / MS Office based products and need to recruit new faces to keep up with the demand.
The company are looking for exactly the same people as the research and development teams at leading global software companies, such as Google or Microsoft. You should be smart, creative and already know how to write real-world software using C++.
In contrast to the large software companies, at my client they do not have program managers that specify every feature down to the shortest line of code. There is technical and organizational guidance from the Technical Director, but all developers work autonomously and responsibly on their own program components. Ideas are welcome, even if they mean that they have to change a lot of code to make things better.
Your profile should be based in C++ development and experience with algorithmic tasks would be a huge positive. Expertise in code development for MS Office / Windows applications again will hold you in an advantageous position given the content of the work you will be tasked with.
They are looking to recruit a broad range of candidates and will accept CV's from new graduates through to senior level applicants. Salaries vary from €45k - €90k dependent on skills and experience.
German language skills are non-essential, relocation assistance is offered and you will get to work on a product range that is growing at a furious pace.
