Software Engineer in C++ is required to join a leading Research & Development organisation that has been providing award winning, aerodynamic design models and simulations for over the last 50 years. These products are used within the aerospace and automotive industries and play a critical role in the evolution of these industries.

As Software Engineer in C++, you'll have an opportunity to join a medium sized department and be part of a small team working towards the development of a brand new product from scratch with the life expectancy of this project being 5+ years. Additionally, you'll be working with legacy software and have responsibility of mentoring the more junior members of the software team.

The requirements for the role of Software Engineer in C++ are as follows:

*2 years+ industry experience with C++ or can demonstrate advanced skills/knowledge
*A scientific background in industry such as working with aerodynamics, wind tunnels or relevant discipline
*A Maths or Physics degree of equivalent

Ideally, if you have the following desirable skills but not essential, it would be advantageous:
*Python
*CAD
*3D Geometries
