- Experience with Clang/LLVM
- In-depth understanding of CPUs or virtual machine architecture & instruction set.

Beneficial to have:
- Interactions with an open source community.
- Strong C and C++ coding skills.
- Parallelisation and Vectorisation.
- Perl and Python.
- Experience of a RISC
