Foundry Engineer, CMOS, East Anglia
We are searching for a Foundry Engineer to manage foundry subcontractors to ensure silicon product is manufactured consistently to agreed specification, meeting quality requirements.
We are searching for a candidate with the following profile:
* Good academic background
* Able to demonstrate excellent understanding of CMOS process technology
* Previous Project Management experience
* Able to demonstrate numerous successes managing introduction and qualification of new processes and/or products
* Extensive experience using a range of analysis and problem solving tools
* Ability to lead a team to generate solutions in a time critical environment
* Excellent understanding of wider silicon supply chain and ability to work with a cost model to represent this
* Expert RF SOC product knowledge
* Proven organisational skills
* Strong communication skills
* Proven ability to work autonomously
* Previous experience of managing foundry sub-contractor(s)will be a plus
* Previous experience of managing the introduction and qualification of new processes in a fab context will be a plus
