Software Programme Manager, Cambridgeshire
We are searching for a Software Programme Manager to play a key role in keeping multi-disciplinary projects on schedule by ensuring reliable and predictable software delivery. A key focus will be taking numerous software oriented programs from early stages through to formal release.
We are searching for a Programme Manager with the following profile:
* Significant software development experience
* Significant product and programme management experience in relation to software.
* Strong project management skills
* Highly methodical in nature
* Good attention to detail
* Good communication skills
* Tact and diplomacy in dealing with people is essential
* A proactive approach and ability to adjust priorities dynamically in response to a changing engineering landscape is essential
* Degree or equivalent
* Background in embedded C programming will be a plus
* Background in scripting languages (eg. Perl, Python) will be a plus
