An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Linux Software Design Engineer to join a leading consumer electronics developer based in Hertfordshire. The role involves working in a small dynamic team developing software for new video hardware on Android and Linux.
Responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing video drivers for Android and Linux.
- Assisting with customer support both internally and externally.
Required Skills:
- Minimum BSc in Engineering, computing, maths or physics.
- 2-3 years plus C/C++ Programming experience.
- Experience in Linux kernel programming or writing drivers for Linux.
- Excellent communication skills.
