An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading provider of multi-function semiconductor platforms as a Test Engineer. The role is based in Cambridge and is ideal for anyone looking to develop their existing skills, and work with a great team of highly motivated and well qualified Engineers.
Responsibilities will include:
- Testing moderately complex software to agreed time scales
- Writing software test scripts
- Assisting in the creation of relevant documentation
Required Skills:
- C/C++ programming experience.
- Qualified to degree level in maths/science/software/electronics
- Proven experience in at least one scripting language (i.e. Perl, TCL & Python )
- Understanding of software debugging techniques and test methodologies
Desirable Skills:
- Experience of wireless communication protocols such as WI-FI and Bluetooth
