Field Service Engineer
Are you an experience field service engineer for the semiconductor equipment industry? Have you worked on Inspection systems or EUV lithography tools?
Our client is one of the leading Optics manufacturers in the World - and they are currently looking to expand their team in South Germany, with 5 field service engineering positions available. They would ideally be looking for a candidate from an optical metrology / inspection background or experience with photolithography equipment.
The Successful candidate will be required to:
Take ownership of their toolset; providing maintenance, training, installations support and more. Primarily on Inspection equipment.
Ensure the highest level of service at the client's customer site.
Be able to travel anywhere in Europe, mainly the Far East and USA. (Approximately 50% -60% travel, worldwide)
Be able to adapt to an environment of different needs and cultures at customer locations.
The Ideal Candidate will have the following:
A strong semiconductor field service background, preferably on Inspection on photolithography equipment or related technologies.
Semiconductor wet equipment process knowledge would be a bonus
A maintenance background on Diffusion or Track systems, on top of your Etch background, would be advantageous.
Understanding of all safety measures and requirements when working with Acids and other dangerous chemicals.
Previous experience as a field service engineer, as well as travelling extensively is advantageous.
Fluent English, another European language such as Dutch, German and French would be highly sought after
HND in Physics / engineering, similar or better.
