You'll provide mentoring and direction for the customer's specialist trained manpower. You'll play a leading role in developing both active and passive countermeasures Mission Data programming process and procedures. You'll provide specialist training which is both theoretical and job-oriented. You will lead the customer's personnel to ultimately design and build the necessary Mission Data required for airborne ECM and expendable equipment.

This role would ideally suit an Ex-Military Senior Non-Commissioned Officer with a track record of working in an EW Operational Support organisation. You will possess extensive knowledge of supporting, designing and building Mission Data for both active and passive countermeasure systems. Experience of Sky Shadow and Boz Mission Data Programming would offer a distinct advantage.
